Ricky's Battle is the thirty-second chapter in the Resident Evil: The Marhawa Desire manga series. It was first published in Weekly Shōnen Champion Extra's 2013 series, but was later on re-published in the fourth tankōbon volume on May 8.
Plot[]
Cpt. Chris Redfield fires at Nanan Yoshihara. This backfires, when it triggers the release of the gas. The mysterious woman jumps onto the raised platform behind them, getting Ricky Tozawa's attention. Tozawa runs upstairs to meet the woman while Cpt. Redfield is left to fight Yoshihara. Tozawa accuses the woman of manipulating Bindi Bergara into causing the bioterrorist attack, but she corrects him - she only gave her the strength to do it, and Bergara's actions were entirely her won. Threatened with a gun, the woman uses her hookshot to knock Tozawa to the ground, with it spiralling around his leg. She threatens to inject him with the virus so he can participate in her experiment. Cpt. Redfield looks up as the woman gets ready to inject the virus into his neck.
