The file can be found inside a control room of the Penal Colony by either Barry or Natalia during Episode 1: Penal Colony.
TranscriptEdit
Shot and killed subject J038 as he planned to escape. His body was promptly disposed of.
Usage of Cell #1 at the second floor entrance is prohibited until the wall can be repaired.
脱獄を計った被検体J038号を射殺。 死体は廃棄物として処理。
２階の入り口側にある１号戻は壁の補修完了まで使用禁止とする。
