Eugen was a resident of an isolated mountain community in Eastern Europe. He was part of the pagan revival movement which worshipped the Black God and its prophet, Mother Miranda. Eugen was tasked with providing important materials for Miranda's experiments, and was one of the witnesses of Rosemary Winters' crystalisation.[1] He was subsequently killed during Miranda's purge of the villagers.
