This achievement is unlocked when Chris Redfield is the sole survivor. Jill Valentine cannot be rescued from the cell and Rebecca Chambers must fall, either to the Hunter in the Reading Room, or at the heliport against Tyrant. This can be achieved on any difficulty level.
On the Xbox One, this award is equal to 30G. On the PlayStation 4 it is a Silver Trophy.
