Exclusive Upgrade Ticket is a key item that appears in Resident Evil 4. It can be obtained by exchanging 30 or 40 Spinels for it at the Merchant.
Purpose[]
The item is required in conjunction with a payment in Pesetas to give a weapon an exclusive upgrade regardless of the weapon's level.
