Falcon joined the Army Rangers, but was set up to cover up an international incident. He was saved from possible execution and recruited into S.T.A.R.S., where he was sent to England to help locate the Umbrella Europe HQ. Upon finding the building, he went back to the States to lead the newly established Charlie team.
