Felicia Wesker was one of thirteen members of Project W, a eugenics project started by Oswell E. Spencer to educate candidates for Progenitor Virus infection to create a loyal band of ideologically aligned superhumans. Felicia is believed dead following Progenitor exposure.^[1]
