Felix Mort is the leader of a cult called the Brotherhood. Felix believes that the infected were being punished by God while those who survived were the chosen ones. Mort operated from a bunker in Calais, France and spoke with a thick French accent.
When Jade Wesker beheaded Mother Zero, believed to be the queen of the herd, who was used by the cult to keep Zeros docile, the horde of 300 Zeros became feral once more and attacked everyone. Felix was seen by Jade, running along with the panicking members of the Brotherhood.[1]
