Fernando Cabrera (born 9 May 1969 in Santa Cruz) is a Spanish voice actor who provided the voice of William Birkin in the Spanish dub of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.[1] He also provided the voice of "JJ" in the Spanish dub of Resident Evil: Death Island.[2]
