The construction room (tentative) is an area of the Antarctic Base. It only appears in the ending cutscene.
Description[]
The room seems that it was still under construction considering the equipment and material scattered around. There's also an open Hunter II container and a submarine, a different and bigger submarine than the one found and used between the Official residence and Rockfort Airport.
In the original version, he used the Official Residence submarine.
Guide[]
Chris reaches this location when in pursuit of Albert Wesker who's holding his sister. After a long confrontation between the two former members of S.T.A.R.S., the explosions reach the room causing a fire to catch the room and a concrete pipe to fall down between them, Chris leaves the room the way he came and Albert has his submarine to run away from the base.
