Alejandro was an officer in the rank of Captain in the Mexican Army. He served in the GAFE unit and led a rescue operation to rescue hostages taken by Arias, a rogue ex-CIA agent. The operation failed and led to the deaths of the entire team, save Captain Chris Redfield, a BSAA officer assigned to the team as an advisor.
