"Nemesis" is an action figure manufactured and sold by Palisades as part of their "Series 1" line of Resident Evil-themed toys.[1] It is based on the Nemesis-T Type, a boss in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. A variant of the toy was also released as an exclusive to EB games. This variant features an open mouth and a black rocket launcher as opposed to the normal figure's closed mouth and green rocket launcher.

Secure file[]

As with the other Palisades Resident Evil products, the back of the Nemesis box has a "secure file" detailing the character. These blurbs are not part of Capcom's canon and may be speculative or take information from other sources such as the WildStorm comics or the S.D. Perry novels.

Subject: Nemesis

Special Attacks: Tentacle, Mutational Regeneration

Description: Biological Weapon based on original Tyrant genetic matrix, designed to infiltrate Raccoon City and terminate the S.T.A.R.S. unit. Subject created with ability to withstand multiple attacks and regenerate after sustaining mortal wounds, allowing it to relentlessly its target in all environments and under adverse circumstances. Be advised... subject is inherently aggressive and considered extremely dangerous. Do not approach.

Features[]

Nemesis comes with a base to stand on, a rocket launcher (in either black or green depending upon the variant.) with scraped paint detailing, and exclusive to the EB games variant, a posable wired tentacle. Both iterations have rotation articulation on both shoulders, bending elbows, rotating wrists, bending knees, rotating thighs and upper legs (though the upper legs are hindered by the bottom of the limiter coat making movement limited), and exclusively to the standard version, a head on a ball joint. (the variant only has a rotating neck that can turn left or right.)
