The Restaurant basement (レストラン地下) is an area of Downtown Raccoon City. It is part of the restaurant "Grill 13" featured in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.[1]
Description[]
A flooded basement for Grill 13 restaurant, a corpse of some worker, and a vent facing the freezer which leads into a Shopping Mall alley.
Guide[]
Jill and Carlos can get to that basement from the restaurant by opening the heavy panel with the Fire Hook. when Jill meets Carlos in the restaurant, they'll be pursued by Nemesis, they can select to hide in this basement by selecting "Hide into the basement" on the live selection screen. After that, ruptured pipes due to the blow of propane tanks on the kitchen will flood the area. Jill and Carlos can escape from the basement through the ventilation hole. If they return to the restaurant, Nemesis will be waiting in the kitchen.
If Jill has already met Carlos in The Raccoon Press office, then some zombies will be present in this basement. Also, the Green Gem can be obtained here in that case.
In the Mercenaries: Operation - Mad Jackal, S.T.A.R.S. member Brad Vickers can be rescued inside here. Though, the room will be overrun by multiple zombies.
