"Battle Against the Beast (part 3)"[note 1] is a cutscene in Resident Evil 3 (2020).
Plot[]
Before Jill can leave the Clock Tower area, Nemesis recovers and attacks her again, grabbing her by the feet until she shoots the chain that is holding the metal portcullis. The portcullis falls and amputates the arm of the Nemesis, but it regrows the arm in the form of a tentacle, and it manages to attack and infect her by impaling her arm with a bone spike, before they both fall to the ground, losing consciousness. Nikolai appears smiling and thanks her for doing him a big favor. Half a day later, Carlos finds at the Clock Tower's entrance, but she was already unconscious due to the infection she had suffered from her fight against Nemesis again. He then carries her to the Spencer Memorial Hospital hoping Bard could cure her, he radios Tyrell telling that they would meet there.

Carlos Oliveira: Jill!
Hey! Answer me!

Tyrell, do you copy?
Tyrell Patrick: What's going on?
Carlos: Jill's been infected, I... I'm taking her to the hospital.
Maybe Dr. Bard can save her!
Tyrell: Alright, I'll meet you there.
Carlos: You hang in there, supercop I got ya.

Carlos: ジル！

Tyrell: どうした？
Carlos: ジルが感染した 今から病院に連れていく
