"The City of Chaos"[note 1] is a cutscene in Resident Evil 3.
Plot[]
Jill reunites with Brad, but the zombies break down nearby barricades, and the pair has to retreat inside a bar, but zombies manage to break in and one of them bites Brad, who realizes that there's no time and tells Jill she must escape and that she mustn't screw up like he did. While Brad sacrifices his life to hold off the zombies, Jill wakes toward the alley and finds the dead officer, taking his gear for survival in the city. Until then, a zombie appears from behind and confronted Jill in the alley.

Jill: There's so many...
Brad: Door behind you! Go!
Jill: Brad!

We're gonna make a run for it!
Brad: C'mon, Jill. We know how this ends.

Brad: Are we still a team?
Jill: Always.
Brad: Then do me a favor and don't fuck up like I did. Go!
Jill: I'm sorry, Brad.
