"Vaccine synthesis"[note 1] is a cutscene in Resident Evil 3 (2020).
Plot[]
The vaccine synthesis is successful and Jill obtains the vaccine canister and leaves, only to be ambushed by Nemesis. Jill manages to escape the ferocious pursuer, by stabbing the tentacles with a knife, made it throw her down to the ground, but she eventually survives.

Jill Valentine: Yes.

Please remove the vaccine canister.
