Truly Hideous is a cutscene in Resident Evil: Revelations 2. It is playing during the opening of the Barry's segment of "Judgement", the third level of the game.
Plot[]
The cutscene show Barry Burton and Natalia Korda confronting Alex Wesker who has become a monster driven by her rage at the child. Barry would ask Alex about Moira, in which she tells him that she's dead. Barry and Natalia backup as a group of Revenant appear. Deciding to fight another time, Barry fires shots to loosen the ceiling which collapses onto the Revenants as he and Natalia escape into the sewer.

Natalia : Alex!
Barry : Alex Wesker?
Barry : It can't be the same woman?!
Barry : Where's Moira? What have you done with her?
Alex : I buried her, and the rest of them, beneath a mountain of fear and despair.
Barry : You... You killed her.
Alex : There is one more to kill.
Natalia : Barry! Over there!
Barry : I'll kill you later.
Barry : C'mon! Keep moving!
Barry : Can you walk?
