The Train Derailment 3 scene is the cutscene that plays in the "Train Derailment 3" level of Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles.
Plot[]
Rebecca and Billy spotted so many leeches in the furnace room until they confronted Dr. James Marcus, who was dead in 10 years ago. However, Marcus reveals that 10 years prior, Spencer had ordered for his assassination and stealing his research. Marcus had the leech fused with the T-virus inside his mouth, which brought him back from the dead. He also declares that now he intends to have revenge on Umbrella and create hell on Earth, before transforms into revealed himself as the Queen Leech.
