Bio-hazard outbreak in New York[]
After A-virus was unleashed on large portion of New-York's population, this surgeon was called by Glenn Arias to perform a surgical operation upon captive former S.T.A.R.S. officer Professor Rebecca Chambers to amputate her arm and replace it with a limb of Aria's deceased wife Sarah Arias, after Rebecca was captured by Arias's operative María Gómez.
Surgeon injected Professor Chambers with enhanced strain of A-virus, but sometime after the injection the room they were in was found by Chris Redfield, B.S.A.A. SOA Captain and Rebecca's ally. After hulking mutant Diego Gómez, who acted on behalf of Arias, was defeated, the surgeon attempted to assault Chris with surgical tool but was knocked down.
Chris, realizing Rebecca's time is short before she becomes a zombie, threatened the surgeon with physical assault, forcing him to disclose Arias's location on the roof of his tower where his base of operations was located.
