Final Battle is a cutscene that is part of the Resident Evil 6 storyline. It is present in Chapter 5 of Leon's Story.
Plot

Leon and Helena get to the roof, where the helicopter is. However, several zombies are blocking their path. Making matters worse is Simmons has returned again and is absorbing the zombies to increase his body mass. At this point, Leon and Helena have had enough of him and declare that he's going down for good.

Leon: "There's our ticket outta here...If we can get to it!"
Helena: "He just doesn't quit, does he?"
Leon: "Enough is enough."
