A First aid spray as seen in RE4, the spray's design had little change over the entire course of the Resident evil series which is a silver spray can with a light green label
This spray can be used for all injuries, though it does not respond to poison.
Umbrella?
Umbrella Chemical, inc. reached fame with one of its products. This particular type of product was able to heal wounds completely. A further factor that these cans have been used in Umbrella ads suggests that the product; "Cinatiropa" (found on the Sprays at the Spencer estate) may have been an Umbrella product. The tine under "First Aid" says "Life Safe," something similar to other Umbrella marketing tines. The First Aid Spray has appeared in nearly all Resident Evil games.
RE-4
In Resident Evil 4 the first aid spray is a full heal item, but can only be purchased when no other healing items are present in your inventory.
RE-5
In Resident Evil 5 the first aid spray is a full heal item that can be purchased for 1,000 gold, and occasionaly found.
