The Flame Rounds (火炎弾 kaentama) are an ammunition item in Resident Evil 2. They are exclusive to Claire Redfield as she is the only character who can obtain the Grenade Launcher.
Purpose

Flame rounds are not only effective at taking out Plant 43 enemies, but they are required in the Sleeping Quarters A to take out the vines on the wall.
