Flower Street is a street in Downtown Raccoon City. Kendo Gun Shop is located on this street as well as the back gate to the Raccoon City Police Department. This is where the Truck crashes into the police car in the Opening scene of Resident Evil 2 forcing Leon and Claire to take separate routes.
Also Jill Valentine explored the East Flower Street. She was heading to the Substation.
