Forest Speyer was a S.T.A.R.S. officer killed during the Mansion Incident.

A highly talented S.T.A.R.S. officer, Albert Wesker had him transferred to Raccoon City as part of his undercover preparations for dealing with the Mansion Incident. Forest was picked for his exceptional marksmanship skills - Wesker boasted that he "never missed a shot".[1]
He was killed on July 24, 1998 during the S.T.A.R.S. investigation. Jill from Alpha Team heard a scream while searching the mansion her missing comrade, Chris, went to investigate. She found him already died; his eyes having been gouged out by nearby crows.[2]
