Founder's Emblem (Werner) (創始者のエンブレム・兄, sōshisha no enburemu ani, translation: Founder's Emblem Older Brother) is a key item in Resident Evil Outbreak File #2's "Underbelly" scenario.

Purpose

This item is placed within the gate separating the two train carriages to separate them.
