Frost is seen in Resident evil outbreak in the scenerio Below Freezing poin. He is found in the B4F low temperature laboratory where he will be frozen to a switch you will eventually need to pull. you will then find a blowtorch to unfreeze his hand from the lever. when you purchase frost from the collection menu you will have Frost, and Frost B, the only difference in Frost and Frost B is that Frost B has his right hand unfozen.
