The arcade version of Resident Evil Survivor 2 CODE:Veronica had a limited contest that lasted until the 3rd September 2001. Players are required to play the game and finish it without the help of a second player, and without using the continue option. After completing the game, a password will be displayed in the "Game Over" screen. Then the player will have to go on the Namco link and submit their password to register in the leaderboard.
