Goblin 6 was a member of the Umbrella Security Service sent out into Raccoon City. HUNK overheard a distressed transmission by Goblin 6, begging for help because the member couldn't move, whilst HUNK was evacuating Raccoon City via the RPD rooftop.
Canonicity
Goblin 6 has never made an appearance in the series, only a radio transmission in the "Fourth Survivor" scenario in Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles. Whether Goblin 6 truly existed or not in the series canon is unknown.
Operation Raccoon City
Goblin 6 appears unexpectedly in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. Her voice is heard when remaining Alpha Team and WOLFPACK members leave Birkin's lab after securing the samples. HUNK is calling Goblin 6 for a situational report on the area above the laboratory and on the possible means (and obstacles) of returning the sample. She is confirmed to be a woman and is believed to be a recon or communication U.S.S operative.
