The Green Umbrella (緑色の傘 Midoriiro no kasa, Green Umbrella) is a special item in Resident Evil Outbreak File #2.

The Green Umbrella is found in the Front gate, on the fuse box very close to the door of the cable car. It is found in the "wild things" scenario on every difficulty level.
