Handcannon Ammo is an ammunition type found in Resident Evil 4. These are .50 caliber bullets used exclusively by the Handcannon, and will only appear from breakables and enemies' corpses, providing Leon with the weapon in his inventory.
The ammo is generally useless if the Handcannon is fully upgraded since it will have infinite ammo.
