Handgun Ammo is an ammunition item type in Resident Evil 4. In the game Handgun Ammo can be dropped by enemies as well as found on the map. Each box of ammo takes up two spaces (1x2) and the player can carry up to 50 bullets per box. Bullets can be sold to the Merchant for 50₧ each. Ammo will drop in sets of either 10; 15, or 20. This ammunition is compatible with the Handgun; Red9; Blacktail; Punisher, and Matilda.
Handgun ammo can be infinitely farmed during the Salazar fight (4-4) along with other ammunition.Every one of the infinitely spawning Plaga C will drop
