In the campaign, the maximum amount of Handgun Ammo that can be held can be upgraded with the Handgun Ammo Case found in Episode 1: Penal Colony by Moira and in Episode 2: Contemplation by Natalia.
In Raid Mode, this is upgraded by using the Handgun Master skill.
