The Heart Key is a key item in the in the Resident Evil 2 remake. This key is only retrievable in Claire's campaign.
Purpose

- Unlocks the Chief's Office / Art Room corridor door.
- Unlocks the door to the Records Room.
- Unlocks the door that leads to a small room in the East Storage Room.
- Unlocks the door to the Interrogation Room.
