N21RA was a Eurocopter AS350 Écureuil which was owned by the Raccoon City Police Department. It made use during the Raccoon City Destruction Incident, though its exact purpose is currently unknown. It returned on September 29 to rescue officers from the Raccoon City Police Station, but suffered an accident and exploded on the rooftop.
