Hiroyuki Tsuru (鶴博幸,tsuru hiroyuki?) is a Japanese voice actor formerly represented by Mausu Promotion. He provided additional voices in the Japanese theatrical dub of BIOHAZARD. Outside of Resident Evil, Tsuru is known for voicing Kevin in the Japanese dub of Ed, Edd 'n Eddy. He also provided the voice of the title character of the Nickelodeon animated series, SpongeBob SquarePants in the first three seasons.
