Hunters were a clone species genetically-engineered by an unknown organization as bio-weapons to be sold to terrorists. They are similar in appearance to Umbrella's series of Bio Organic Weapons of the same name.
History
During the disaster known as "Terragrigia Panic", Il Veltro released a large quantity of Hunter B.O.W.s into the floating city Terragrigia, in the Mediterranean Sea, successfully completing their goal to unleash terror among the European Union and destroy the city whose construction the terrorists were opposed to.
Biology
These creatures closely resemble the "α" and "II" models but are noticeably larger and slower. However, they are still annoyingly fast and hop around sideways to dodge incoming fire.
