Inezh is the woman who played Jill Valentine in the live action sequences of the original Resident Evil.[1] Contrary to popular belief, Inezh is not Irish actress Una Kavanagh (a person from northern Alberta, Canada who has a similar name dubbed in her voice in the cutscenes).[2] The actors used to portray the S.T.A.R.S. members did not have any acting experience. In an interview with Shinji Mikami, he regretted putting Inezh in the cast because of her young age and inexperience in acting. When filming Joseph's death, she became distressed by repeated mosquito bites.[3]
