The Instinct Coin is an item in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. It is only available by purchasing the "Instinct Coin & Madhouse Mode Unlock" DLC. The coin will be put in the Item Box after purchase.
Gameplay[]
The Instinct Coin increases Ethan's knockback rate and has a passive effect, which the player only needs to put it in Ethan's inventory for it to work. It takes up one block of Ethan's inventory space and can be stacked with the Universal Coin.
