Jack Norman was the leader of the bioterrorist group "Il Veltro ".
Biography
Jack Norman is the head of the bioterrorist group Il Veltro. Believing that the Earth has become decadent and sinful, Veltro uses B.O.W.s to create terror and attempt to make the Earth realize its corruption. The group, and Norman himself, was secretly financed by F.B.C. head Morgan Lansdale.
Lansdale provided Norman with the t-Abyss virus and the means to disperse it over the aquapolis of Terragrigia. Though Norman believed Lansdale shared the ideals of Veltro, Lansdale was merely using the group as a pawn to further solidify his position of power within the government.
Realizing too late that his group had been betrayed by Lansdale, he was trapped along with several members of his organization on the sinking cruise ship Queen Dido. Surviving in an unflooded area of the ship, Morgan and the last members of Veltro counted down the days of their containment in blood on a wall.
Shortly after the boarding of the Queen Zenobia, Norman sent a video to the B.S.A.A. threatening to contaminate 1/5 of the world's water with a new t-Virus variant called "t-Abyss".
He injects himself with an overdose of the t-Abyss virus as soon as Jill and Chris find him on the Dido. This causes him to transform into a creature known as the "Ultimate Abyss" with the ability to teleport and summon duplicates of himself. After a long battle, he was killed by the two agents. Before he died, he expressed his relief that he could finally be at peace.
Fighting Norman

Norman is the final boss of Revelations and can be difficult to beat without understanding his attacks. Whenever his head opens, that's the cue he's about to teleport. When he does warp, he tends to appear directly behind you so fire at him to interrupt his lunge. Soon, he'll start leaving an afterimage to trick you into attacking thin air, the real Norman will always emit purple smoke in this instance and mostly appears behind you when he does this. Eventually he'll start creating multiple duplicates - each one will attack you and then disappear without actually hitting. Remember to fire at the one emitting smoke. When his health reaches critical levels, Norman will rapidly create several duplicates at once to confuse you whilst he performs a damaging charge. Be ready to attack the real Norman as soon as you see the smoke. In his late attack phases, heavy damage will cause Norman to briefly fall to his knees, use this moment to get some clear shots of the weak point on his back. Keep repeating this strategy and you will eventually defeat Norman and complete the game.
