Janet was an Umbrella executive who sat on the board in the years leading-up to Evelyn Marcus' instatement as CEO. She lived in New Raccoon City, South Africa, a planned community for Umbrella HQ staff in the lead-up to The Fall. Janet was a critic of Al Wesker's proposal of delaying the sale of Joy.[1]
