A member of S.T.A.R.S. Charlie team, Jesse Alcorn was a computer wizz. His contempt of rules let him hack into NORAD, something that almost triggered a Nuclear war.[1]
Jesse was later revealed to be an Umbrella agent (albeit a very incompetent one), who betrayed his team, only to be killed by a teammate infected with the X-virus.
