Jose Jesse Corti is a Venezuelan-American actor and voice actor who provided the voice of Bitores Méndez in Resident Evil 4.[1][2] Outside of Resident Evil, Corti is known for playing Chief Angel Rojas in the 2004-2005 animated series, The Batman, taking over from Edward James Olmost after the character's debut. Corti has also appeared in a number of American dramas such as Law & Order; 24, and CSI: Miami.
