Jirō Saitō (斉藤 次郎 Saitō Jirō) is a Japanese voice actor. Saito provided additional voices for the Japanese Fuji TV dub of Resident Evil, as well as the voice of Yuri Loginova in the Fuji TV dub of Resident Evil: Apocalypse. He later provied the voice of BELTWAY in BIOHAZARD OPERATION RACCOON CITY,[1] and Yuri Loginova in the Japanese dub of Resident Evil: Apocalypse.[2]
