Katsumi Toriumi (鳥海勝美,toriumi katsumi?) (born 6 November 1963 in Kawaguchi City, Saitama) is a Japanese voice actor who provided the voice of Joe Hursley's character, Otto in the Japanese theatrical dub of BIOHAZARD III.
