Kenji Nomura (乃村健次 nomura kenji) is a Japanese actor who provided dubbing for the BIOHAZARD II Apocalypse. He is credited as the voice of Peyton Wells in the theatrical and DVD version, while he played the Lieutenant in the Fuji TV dub.
