Kenji Nomura (乃村 健次, nomura kenji) (born 23 July 1970 in Okayama) is a Japanese actor represented by Aoni Production. He provided dubbing for the BIOHAZARD II Apocalypse. He is credited as the voice of Peyton Wells in the theatrical and DVD version, while he played the Lieutenant in the Fuji TV dub.
