The key is used to unlock the stairwell door leading to the third floor.
LocationEdit
On Easy and Normal modes, the Key with Blue Tag is at the back of the staff room on a coffee table. It can be found underneath a newspaper, the Daily Raccoon, which must be obtained first to reveal the key.
