Kosuke Takaguchi (高口公介, takaguchi kosuke?) is a Japanese voice actor who provided the voices of Tall Oaks civilians in the Japanese dub of Resident Evil 6,[1] and provided additional voices in the Japanese theatrical dub of BIOHAZARD IV Afterlife.
