Kuniomi Matsushita is a Japanese video game developer who worked for Capcom.

Matsushita was a Planner for Dino Crisis at the start of its development. When Resident Evil 2 went through redevelopment in early 1997, Dino Crisis was put on the shelf and its staff moved to the Resident Evil 2 development project, where he is credited also as a planner and given special thanks.[1]
Later, Matsushita was assigned as the director of "Separate Ways" during the PlayStation 2 porting of Resident Evil 4.[2][3]
