The Large Pigeon Blood Ruby is a treasure item in Resident Evil Village.[1] It can be combined with the Necklace with Two Holes/Necklace with One Hole and Pigeon Blood Ruby to create Dimitrescu's Necklace. It can be sold for 5,500 Lei (itself).
