If the survivors escape the Abandoned hospital without obtaining all evidence of the Murders and without defeating Al Lester (AKA "The Axe Man"). It can be unlocked on the Collections menu for 500 points.^[1]

Plot[]

With the Monster Plant killed, the abandoned hospital begins to collapse. Alyssa Ashcroft reflects on her experience, there.
